We collect data from prospective clients, active clients, and visitors to our website. We may collect the following information when you voluntarily submit it for example through our contact form or discovery session booking:
- First and last name
- Position or role in your organisation
- Company name
- Phone number
- Email address

Why we collect it
We use the data you submit solely to respond to enquiries and deliver our services. We use analytics data only to understand how our website is used and to improve it, and only with your consent, which is our legal basis for analytics. You can withdraw that consent at any time in Cookie settings.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties, other than the providers that run parts of this website for us: Web3Forms delivers contact form messages, and Google provides Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process analytics data outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. See Google's Privacy Policy.
How we store it
All data is stored securely and is only accessible to those who need it to serve you. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We retain contact data for up to three years from your last interaction with us. After that, it is deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of them, email us at boringbi@proton.me. We will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you feel your data has not been handled correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority.
